Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KredMe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Nouson Work Technologies Private Limited (“KredMe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. By using KredMe you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
KredMe helps Indian cardholders identify which of their credit cards may earn the most rewards on a given purchase, based on merchant category (MCC), card terms, caps, and known offers. Recommendations are informational only and do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. Actual rewards depend on issuer terms, which change without notice.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Service or its data.
- Use the Service to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to compromise other users.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, and design elements in the Service are owned by KredMe or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6. Third-party content
The Service displays information about credit cards, issuers, and merchant categories that we believe to be accurate at the time of indexing. Card terms, rewards, fees, and offers are set by the respective issuers and may change at any time. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify with your issuer before relying on a recommendation.
7. No affiliation with issuers
KredMe is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card issuer, network, or merchant unless explicitly stated.
8. Fees
The core Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future; any such features will be clearly labelled with pricing and terms before you are charged.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KredMe and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, rewards, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KredMe from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
